This course will discuss different learning styles for different generational age groups. We will discuss and provide different training methods for Applied Epic for those different learning styles. Traditionalists and Baby Boomers learn and retain information differently than Gen X,Y and Millennials - but they all need to know the same information regarding Applied Epic. In addition each individual has their own specific learning style, including visual, verbal, and solitary learners. This course will help participants recognize the different generational groups and the learning styles they prefer. The course will also provide training examples for the different types of styles. Everyone learns differently and this course will help you understand the different learning styles
