Applied TAM: Filters and Search Clients

Have you fully explored all of the options available to you for Filters and Searches in the Client area of TAM? We will review all the options in each area and demonstrate and discuss ideas about how to apply these tools to your daily work. We will also review methods for combining Searches with Filters that are useful for finding unidentifiable clients or policies or auditing agency workflow or procedures.
- Identify Filters available from within Policy, Activity, Memo, Claims, Invoices, and the Attach screens
- Demonstrate all of the Search options available on the Search Menu from Customer
