This case study session focuses on an agency who enhanced the core opportunity reports to include the metrics needed to successfully manage their sales team. You’ll hear how the agency relies only on the Applied Epic Report Writer and does not depend on the Bulk Data Extract tool or manually manipulating data in Microsoft® Excel. The agency will explain how after configuring the report layouts, reports are generated showing producer progress and producer goals for a number of critical metrics, including year-to-date revenue, average account size, appointments completed and proposals completed. In addition, hit ratios at every step of the sales process are tracked.
