During this dynamic peer-to-peer discussion, Deb Welsh, Director of Client Experience, RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders, will share expert tips and tricks you can “take home” and implement immediately. Attendees can submit their burning Applied Epic Reporting questions during registration and live and will receive solutions and insights.
What is an ACN Roundtable?
ACN Roundtables are open-forum discussions where subject matter experts provide live tips, tricks, and solutions on all things Applied Client Network. Attendees submit their questions based on the topic during registration to be answered and discussed during the Roundtable.
About the Speaker
Deb has been with RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders since April 2013 in a variety of roles – life insurance sales and service, Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and digital operations. She is currently the Director of Client Experience. Deb is responsible for Epic configuration, adding new users, workflows, Reports, and carrier interface, as well as tools that integrate with Epic. She oversees the service team and products like Indio and CSR24. Deb was a member of the implementation team when her agency moved to Epic from TAM in May 2018. She often says that Epic is like her third child – the implementation was like a pregnancy (at that time, it took 7-8 months to implement), and now she gets to watch Epic grow up.
