ACN Roundtable: MS Templates

Join us October 23rd at 1pm CST for an ACN Roundtable on how MS templates can help your agency with efficiency. During this dynamic peer-to-peer discussion, Karla Myers, Operations Manager of FIFS, LLC dba/Franconia Insurance & Financial Services, will share the how, what and why and how her agency implemented and uses MS templates. This course will guide you through creating your own templates using data variables, Ask Variables and If Statements. You'll leave knowing how well designed templates reduce both users' keystrokes and required training while providing a consistent experience for your clients.  Attendees can submit their burning template questions during registration and live and will receive solutions and insights.  This roundtable is geared towards Operations managers but is open to everyone.
