This case study session follows an agency that found an opportunity to customize the standard Applied Epic opportunity reports without the use of the Bulk Data Extract tool or manually manipulating data in Microsoft Excel. After configuring the report layouts, this agency was able to report on both producer progress and producer goals for a number of critical metrics, including year-to-date revenue, average account size, appointments completed and proposals completed. In addition, hit ratios at every step of the sales process are tracked.
