This session focuses on the tasks front office staff perform when working on transactions, including invoicing premiums, taxes and fees, installments, splitting receivables, multi-payables, viewing transactions, configuring repeatable messages, adjusting commissions, reversing a transaction with an activity performed against it, generating one invoice for multiple policies and invoicing surplus lines taxes and fees for direct-placements with non-admitted markets.
