I lead our producers and account executives by bridging the gap, helping producers sell more while streamlining and automating workflows for account executives to improve consistency, reduce E&O exposure, and strengthen the overall client experience. I also service my own book of business, so every process I implement is tested in real-world scenarios. I work by the Fail Forward mentality - you start a process and fix/tweak it as you go as long as you are moving forward.
