Robert “Cujo” Teschner is a combat veteran, former F‑15 instructor at the U.S. Air Force Weapons School, and former F‑22 squadron commander. A recognized expert in team accountability, he authored the practices still used across the Air Force today. After retiring as a Colonel following a battle with cancer, Cujo translated his military leadership expertise to keynote speaking and business. He is now CEO of VMax Group and the bestselling author of Debrief to Win and Aiming Higher.
