Depending on how your Applied TAM system is set up, you can run the report: Commissions due Producers.  However, many agencies decide to pay their producers via a validation schedule; via a True Up (or commission draw).  This course will cover: 1. Determining a Producer's book of business; 2. Deciding on an acceptable renewal/retention rate; 3. Choosing a salary that supports these documents; 4. a method of True-up so that producers can collect on overages each Quarter end; 5. Allowing for NB payment up front & procedure for accounting for it within the Commissions due Producers report.
