Hands-On Lab: Setting Up Policyholders' Permissions and Visibility for Self-Service

Ensure your policyholders have the correct access to view policies, documents, and more within the Applied CSR24® self-service portal. There are several security configurations that must be reviewed and considered prior to granting a user access to self-serve. This session will define security access levels and explain how to properly grant individual contacts those permissions. This session is specific to Applied CSR24 system administrators.
