In this course, your peer will provide a high-level overview of how their agency uses Applied Epic® to increase the productivity of their service staff. The session will cover setup access and defaults, monitoring and use of activities, Renewals Manager, auditing proper usage of service summary rows, and using email templates. You’ll also hear how the agency uses additional resources like Applied CSR24®, Commercial Lines Policy Risk Utility, and Applied Pay™ to help their servicing staff be more efficient.
